噸包原淀粉通過(guò)起重設(shè)備吊入卸料料斗，料斗內(nèi)淀粉由風(fēng)送設(shè)備送入淀粉料倉(cāng)，料倉(cāng)內(nèi)的淀粉經(jīng)計(jì)量螺旋輸送機(jī)被連續(xù)輸送到分散槽，同時(shí)在分散槽加清水稀釋分散；

分散后的淀粉液由螺桿泵送入過(guò)濾器去除雜質(zhì)，過(guò)濾后的淀粉溶液進(jìn)入1#蒸汽噴射器加熱，經(jīng)過(guò)加熱后的淀粉溶液進(jìn)入反應(yīng)槽進(jìn)行酶化反應(yīng)。經(jīng)過(guò)一定時(shí)間的酶化反應(yīng)后，由轉(zhuǎn)子泵送入2#蒸汽噴射器加熱，并在蛇形盤(pán)管箱內(nèi)糊化及高溫滅活，終止酶反應(yīng)。糊化后的淀粉膠液經(jīng)汽水分離器后進(jìn)入淀粉儲(chǔ)存槽，同時(shí)加清水稀釋至所需的濃度在儲(chǔ)存槽內(nèi)儲(chǔ)存。儲(chǔ)存槽膠液由送料泵送至紙機(jī)上料槽。同時(shí)加清水稀釋至所需的濃度在紙機(jī)上料槽，以供上料站系統(tǒng)使用。

3.The dispersed starch solution is sent to the filter by the screw pump to remove impurities, and the filtered starch solution is heated into the 1# steam injector, and the heated starch solution enters the reaction tank for enzymatic reaction.

After a certain period of enzymatic reaction, the rotor pump is sent to the 2# steam injector for heating, and the gelatinization and high temperature inactivation in the serpentine coil box to terminate the enzymatic reaction. After gelatinized starch glue through the steam separator into the starch storage tank, at the same time add water dilution to the required concentration in the storage tank. The storage tank glue is fed by the feed pump to the feeding tank of the paper machine. At the same time, dilute the water to the required concentration in the paper machine feeding tank for the feeding station system.
